SeaSide Pila Cafe

This is a great place to stop off on a walk, cycle, or even the bus. The bus stop is right outside. It is located right on the beach, George and his staff are lovely, welcoming, and will look after you. Food is snack based and tastes great. the drink menu is excellent. Garlic bread and a glass of ice cold rose was my favourite for a light snack, but I can highly recommend the Burgers and Club Sandwich. We stopped off here several times, and if we are back in Kos, we will make a point of visiting again. The olive oil is made by George himself and is so good I brought some home!

Nice place right on the sea front with just the road separating the cafe from the beach. Convenient place to stop, as it was for us cycling from Kos Town. Good menu, fresh food and a range of refreshing drinks. Great views across the Aegean to Pserimos (with the Greek flag on the rocks) & in the distance to Turkey. Lady and gent were very polite and friendly, very welcoming. They clearly take pride in their cafe . Two seating areas, one covered but open immediately at the front with a great view overlooking the sea, and the second adjoining the premises, enclosed and with a bit of protection from the sea breeze from the coast. But sitting at the front in the breeze was lovely, especially on such a hot day when it was about 30 degrees. The place is immaculately clean, including the toilets. We had the club sandwich, a glass of wine and a lager beer. Nice spot. Away from the main Tigaki resort, so it's away from the madding crowds. It's no more than a 5 minute ride from Tigaki and about 40 minutes from Kos, on what has been quite a windy day so far. So hopefully going back to Kos with the wind behind us it'll be a lot easier. We have been lucky enough to find this bar/café. The owners were the most pleasant people, making everyone welcome. Very welcome atmosphere on a road where there isn't much else to go to outside of the hotels. Thanks ????????

Very friendly and welcoming owners, best place for a sunset drink and some rest from the sun as its right on the beach on the road into Tigaki Simple food, well made and plenty of it with either a frappe or an ice cold beer. Always served with a friendly smile and chat

Tasty home cooked food and lovely drinks & cocktails. All served by a wonderfully friendly host, George and his wife, in a gorgeous location overlooking the beach. Great at any time but especially for a sunset drink.
